6 Weeks Online Flexibility Classes
Starting from the 31st of january, you’ll be able to join my flexibility classes Monday and Wednessday at 16-17 GMT+1
The Monday class will be focus on building active flexibility for the middlesplit, pike and pancake, while the Wednessday class will be forcused on front splits
The 2 weekly classes will be focused on building active flexibility – in my experience, often a missing piece of the puzzle – relevant for either the front splits or middlesplits, pancake and pike.
I recommend joining 1 or both classes thorugh all 6 weeks, as the content of the sessions will be progressing.
The classes will usefull for all levels – we’ll be focusing on building strength alongside flexibility. Alle the exercises are highly scaleable, so even if you’re a total beginner, you’ll be able to keep up. On the other hand, if you’re fairly advanced, you’ll just be able to suffer harder.
How to join
To join the classes click the button below. Here you can sign up for a single class at a time. If you click the link in the top left corner, you can buy access to multiple classes at a reduced price.
When you’ve signed up for a class, you’ll recieve a confirmation mail. 5 minutes before the class starts, you’ll recieve another mail with zoom link for the class
Single class: 80kr
1 weekly class for 6 weeks: 360kr
2 weekly classes for 6 weeks: 600kr
