As a coach, I help to target your training and remove the guesswork so that you get the most out of your training – which has the bonus of making training less frustrating and much more fun. With online coaching,
I’ll be with you every step
of the way.
Step 1: Start-up meeting and assessment
We start by having a start-up meeting, where talk about your goal and how I might be able to help you – this is non-binding so that we can get to know each other before you have to decide about whether or not to commit to online coaching.
Afterward, I will send you a questionnaire and an assessment document with a selection of screening exercises, that you’ll need to film yourself doing.
Based on your goals and the assessment, I write your program – it takes approx. 1 week once I have all the material I need.
Step 2: Ongoing support and feedback
The main part of the coaching will be through the app TrueCoach. You’ll receive your program through the app. This is also where you will upload videos to get feedback from me, which is possible every week.
You can also write me anytime you have questions – I’ll answer as soon as possible, and always within 24 hours on weekdays. Your program will be updated regularly so it’s always adjusted to your level – usually every 4-8 weeks.
